Here he is sitting in front of the Tree at the Capitol Building in DC this year .
The Capitol Tree was donated by New Mexico and is an Englewood Spruce .
The decorations were all made by the kids in New Mexico and range in all types American Indian Lore to the normal Christmas Tree Ornaments .It is beautiful and New Mexico kids should be proud .
Sammy loved it when the lights came on ,his little eyes just glowed !
